The series follows four inspirational young mums to be through pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
It’s an emotional roller coaster as Charlotte, 16, is pregnant with twins and coming to terms with her mum’s terminal illness. Laura and her wife Morgan are thrilled they’re expecting a baby boy. Alisha is looking forward to becoming a mum but really missing her own mum who can’t forgive her. Charlie, 18, has to grow up quick as she moves into her own place and starts to feel financial pressure for the first time in her life.
