Work With Us
At True North we work hard to create a culture that gives everyone the right environment to do their best work.
Recruitment
Our Talent Executive Sallie Leak is constantly on the hunt for the best off-screen talent.
Sallie uses The Talent Manager to manage our CV database and list our job vacancies. If you would like to submit your CV for consideration, please join our Talent Manager network.
The TM site is free to use but it is crucial that you keep your availability information regularly updated once you have joined.
Other Opportunities
True North partners with broadcasters and specialist training providers to support and encourage talent from the widest possible range of backgrounds.
Current partnerships include The Channel 4 Production Training Scheme and Beyond Brontes in collaboration with Screen Yorkshire.
Our in-house Junior Editor Training, in collaboration with Avid, results in Avid Accreditation. We also work with Mama Youth and Kickstart.
In order to make our work experience equitable, we don't offer ad-hoc placements but work with schools, colleges and Connected Campus to provide structured opportunities.
Creative Diversity
Being a fair and inclusive employer is a real priority for us.
Our Diversity and Inclusion team - made up of a wide range of people from across the whole company - challenges us to ensure that we put fairness at the heart of everything we do.
If you're from an under-represented background and you feel that, so far, the industry has not been a welcoming place, then do get in touch with our Talent Executive, Sallie Leak.
