Other Opportunities

Current partnerships include The Channel 4 Production Training Scheme, Grierson DocLab and Screen Yorkshire.
Our in-house Junior Editor Training, in collaboration with Avid, results in Avid Accreditation.
To make our work experience equitable, we don’t offer ad-hoc placements but work with schools, colleges and specialised organisations to provide structured opportunities.

Creative Diversity
Being a fair and inclusive employer is a real priority for us.
Our Diversity and Inclusion team – made up of a wide range of people from across the whole company – challenges us to ensure that we put fairness at the heart of everything we do.
If you’re from an under-represented background and you feel that, so far, the industry has not been a welcoming place, then do get in touch with our Talent Executive, Sallie Leak.
