Norma Wisnevitz joined True North in October 2019 as COO and then became CEO in 2022.

Prior to True North, Norma was Senior Portfolio Manager at Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund where she invested in and supported a portfolio of TV production businesses. Before joining Channel 4, Norma was Finance Director at Optomen Television for 10 years where she helped grow the business and sell it to All3Media. Her career in the UK began at FremantleMedia (Talkback Productions) in 2000 in their finance department.

October 2019.

What do you do at True North?

I am True North’s CEO working across the entire business, ensuring we continue to deliver great shows.

What shows are you particularly proud of that you have worked on at True North and elsewhere?

I am proud of all True North shows as so many of them keep getting recommissioned.

What’s your favourite bit of your job?

The lovely people I get to work with.

Anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?

I am a CIMA qualified accountant originally from South Africa.
