When did you join True North?

October 2022

What do you do at True North?

I am the Chief Creative Officer, working with the Creative Directors and Director of Development to develop and deliver shows.

What shows are you particularly proud of that you have worked on?

It was a proud moment when The Repair Shop moved into peaktime on BBC1 in the first lockdown and it became the big, comforting hug the nation needed right then.

What’s your favourite bit of your job?

I love going on location in that first week of a new show when you can see all the hard work of development and pre-production finally turn into real telly on the ground. Always an adrenalin rush.

What show would you most like to make if you could make anything in the world?

I love the buzz of a live show so would happily be a runner on Strictly for a night.

Anything you feel really strongly about in the industry?

That we all remember to have fun along the way and enjoy it.
