Clair Rahman has been with True North since 2018, bringing nearly two decades of experience from British Gas across various departments, including social media.

Clair earned her BA (Hons) in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Hull, equipping her with a strong foundation in both business strategy and people management.

Known for her agility and resourcefulness, Clair thrives in fast-paced settings where complex logistics and evolving priorities demand quick thinking and adaptability.

Clair is known not only for her adaptability and efficiency, but also for her genuinely supportive nature. She brings kindness and encouragement to every team she works with, helping others feel valued and empowered.

Why did you want to get into TV production?

True North’s positive culture and values inspired me to transition from British Gas to a full-time role as an Assistant Accountant.
