When did you join True North?
September 2015

What shows are you particularly proud of that you have worked on at True North and elsewhere?
Teen Mom UK being the highest rated show on MTV was a real highpoint

Anything that stands out about your career?
Winning a Golden Panda Award in Mongolia for a documentary about some of the World’s Smallest people.

What’s your favourite bit of your job?
The total lack of routine that my job gives me is probably what l love the most – along with the chaos and constant trouble shooting which is where I am happiest. No two days have ever been the same.

What show would you most like to make if you could make anything in the world?
If we could turn back time – Episode 1 series 1 of Big Brother

Anything you feel really strongly about in the industry?
It’s a real shame so many companies don’t offer paid work experience – the industry therefore misses out on a lot of brilliant people who can’t afford to work for free at the start of their careers
