Productivity is certainly up here at True North – and it’s not just about the number of on-screen hours.
 
In 2013 no fewer than ten members of our talented team had babies, giving us cause to consider establishing a company crèche!
 
“I guess it’s a bit of a coming of age thing”, said our own Andrew Sheldon. “We’ve got quite a few people who met each other here… we’ve had a couple of years where weddings seemed to be in vogue… I guess this was inevitable!’
 
And there’s no sign of any immediate let up – with three more of the team  already planning to extend the usual TV definition of Delivery in 2014.
 
For now, the team’s commitment to bringing through the next generation of True North talent was picked up by Broadcast magazine, featuring a picture of Producer / Director Will Rowson and Editor Nick Thorp meeting outside their adjoining rooms in the maternity wing at Leeds General Infirmary in December.
