From farm to fork, the sea to our shelves and field to factory, we follow the journey of food we eat everyday of the week and meet the inspectors checking it’s actually edible.
We follow a team of Environmental Health officers around the country as they descend on countless takeaways, cafes, restaurants and market stalls to ensure that they are fit to serve.
We are at the ports and docks with the UK Border Agency stopping banned and illegal food coming into our country.
