This fast paced and gritty series follows a wide range of police work, including Public Order teams tackling booze-fuelled behaviour on a Friday night in Humberside; South Yorkshire's Firearms Unit fighting the rise in gun-related incidents; Community police on ASBO patrol in Leeds; late night policing in Sheffield’s red light district and British Transport Police dealing with Black Friday – the last Friday before Christmas, and the worst for disruption at Leeds station.
Enjoying intimate and varied access each episode profiles a different aspect of life in the police and provides a unique insight into the pressures they face every day.
